JAAF 2026 Conference Registration / Participant Details

Confirmation of Registration Fee Payment

Participants who have been granted a waiver of the conference registration fee are requested to upload confirmation of their fee waiver.
If you believe you should be exempt from the registration fee but have not received confirmation, or if you are unsure whether a waiver applies to you, please contact the JAAF 2026 Conference Secretariat at jaaf2026nagoya@nucba.ac.jp and address your inquiry to Dr. Frendy, Organizing Committee.

Please note: Selecting the Gala Dinner option requires payment of a nonrefundable USD 22 reservation fee (including PayPal transaction fees) on the following page to secure your seat. Your Gala Dinner reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Regarding the Cultural Experience originally scheduled for the 13th: 

NUCB will not organize a group excursion this year. Participants who would like to sightsee on November 13, or before or after the conference, can book directly with Sunrise Tours, operated by JTB, which offers English-guided day tours across Japan:

Booking and payment are made directly with Sunrise Tours. Mid-November is peak autumn-foliage season, so early booking is recommended. Prices vary by date, and booking deadlines range from one to four days before the tour. For a listing of suggested tours, please see the "Regarding the Cultural Experience originally scheduled for the 13th" section under the Program section on the conference webpage.

Regarding Guests
Please note that guests are not permitted to attend the Welcome Reception. Guests may, however, be permitted to attend the Gala Dinner and/or Cultural Enrichment Experience, subject to availability and capacity. Further details will be provided before the conference. An additional fee will apply and must be paid by the guest.
