What qualifies as a reportable experience?

To keep our data accurate and defensible, we ask that you only submit experiences that meet the following minimum waiting periods before reporting no response:
- 21 days: After applying; no interview scheduled
- 12-15 business days: After a first phone interview
- 14 business days: After a final round interview
- 3 business days: After a verbal offer; no follow-up
Offer rescissions, bait-and-switch experiences, ghost postings, and role cancellations mid-process qualify immediately, regardless of timing. If your experience doesn't fit these windows but you'd like to share it, please use the Additional Comments field to tell us what happened.

Before you begin, a few things to know:

This form takes less than two minutes to complete. Answer only what you know. No question is required except your company name and job title. The more detail you share in your own words, the more it helps other candidates make informed decisions before they apply.

Reports are reviewed by the VyzorIQ team before being published. We do not share your name, email, or any identifying information. You are submitting as an anonymous candidate.
