đź“‹ EVENT RULES & POLICIES

1. Setup & Space Requirements

Supplies: You must bring all necessary setup materials (tables, chairs, tablecloths, extension cords, and display items). Standard 6ft tables are available for an additional $15 but must be requested in advance.

Aesthetics: To maintain our high-end luxury atmosphere, all displays must be clean, professional, and visually appealing.

Timeline: Setup must be completed prior to the event start time. Breakdown must be completed within 1 hour of the event's conclusion.

Demos & Services: Live beauty, wellness, styling, or aesthetic demonstrations are warmly welcomed! They must remain safe, professional, and contained within your space. Special mini-services or activations must be pre-approved.

2. Food & Beverage Policy

The host venue is the exclusive provider of food and beverages. No outside food or drinks may be sold, distributed, or given away as samples without explicit, written pre-approval from both Uniquely Blondiee Events and the venue management.

3. Audio & Media Control

To maintain a comfortable social atmosphere, no personal speakers or amplified sound systems are permitted at individual vendor stations. All announcements and microphone use must be coordinated directly with the event Host.

4. Promotion Expectations

To maximize the success of the experience, all participating vendors agree to actively promote the event on social media leading up to the event date.

Tag us: Use @uniquelyblondieeevents and the specific host venue in your promotional posts.

Energy: Engage enthusiastically with attendees to contribute to a vibrant, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere!

5. Content & Media Release

You consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded during the event. You grant Uniquely Blondiee Events permission to use this media for future marketing, promotional, and social media showcase materials. (We highly encourage you to capture, share, and collaborate on your own content, too!)

6. Liability & Indemnification

Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for their own inventory, tools, setup, and equipment. Vendors assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the venue property within their assigned space.

Limitation of Liability: Uniquely Blondiee Events and the host venues are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor are they responsible for individual business transactions or consumer disputes.

Hold Harmless: By submitting this form, the participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uniquely Blondiee Events and the respective host venues from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from the participant's products, services, or actions during the event.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Force Majeure: In the event of a natural disaster, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control that result in the cancellation of the event, the Host will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, we will work to reschedule the event or provide a credit for a future event date.

Vendor Cancellations: All vendor fees are non-refundable. If a vendor needs to cancel their participation, they must provide at least 2 days' notice to remain in good standing for future events. No refunds are provided for vendor-initiated cancellations.
