About the RoleAs a Business Development Coordinator in Dubai, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their lifetime value with the company. You will serve as a trusted partner, addressing client needs, providing solutions, and helping them achieve success in their trading journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
• Promote company products, services, and promotions to increase client engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring they understand the trading platforms and tools.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while meeting individual and team KPIs.
• Handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor client activity to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.
• Motivation to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
• Knowledge of the Forex/Financial sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is a must.
