About the Internship

EchoPath Initiatives is a Deaf-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on wellness, trauma-informed education, and community-centered growth. We are seeking motivated individuals who are interested in contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven work while gaining hands-on experience.

This internship is a learning-based opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about wellness, the Deaf community, education, or nonprofit work.

Internship Responsibilities & Expectations

All interns at EchoPath Initiatives are expected to contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and purpose-driven environment. While responsibilities may vary by role, interns will support areas such as marketing, content creation, outreach, partnerships, and program development. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with social media content and engagement

• Supporting outreach and partnership efforts

• Contributing to creative ideas and storytelling

• Assisting with planning for workshops and future retreats

• Completing assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner

• Be open to feedback and willing to learn
• Take initiative and contribute ideas when appropriate
• Maintain alignment with EchoPath’s mission, values, and brand
• Collaborate with team members, including leadership and other interns

Interns will receive guidance and support throughout the internship and are encouraged to ask questions, seek feedback, and actively participate in the learning experience.

Commitment

• Duration: 8–12 weeks

Time Commitment: Approximately 5–10 hours per week

• Flexible schedule based on availability
