School of Moxie is a business podcast that uses TV shows and movies as lenses for real entrepreneurial conversations. Yes, the analogies absolutely work. Brains love stories. Nervous systems calm down when we talk sideways.
Season 1 featured guests assigned episodes from Season 1 of The Last of Us.
Season 2 was a solo coaching season using Ted Lasso as the through-line.
Season 3 changes the format.
Each guest will bring their own comfort show or comfort movie — the one you rewatch because it regulates your nervous system, reminds you who you are, or reconnects you to something essential. We’ll use that story to unpack your values, your decision-making style, and the real foundation of your business.
Now, the qualifier (read this part carefully):
Season 3 is intentionally reserved for entrepreneurs who are financially self-responsible through their business.
That means:
✅ Your business income pays for your life. Your whole life. Full stop.
✅ Or, if you’re in a dual-income household, you could independently cover your core living expenses through your business if needed.
This is not about relationship structure. It is about economic accountability.
If a partner’s income currently covers essentials like housing, insurance, or baseline living costs in a way that removes financial pressure from your business decisions, this season won’t be the right fit. There will be other seasons designed for different realities — and they’ll matter just as much.
This season is for people who make bold, sometimes terrifying decisions because the business isn’t a side project or hobby. It’s the engine. The stakes are real. The leadership is embodied. The responsibility is yours.
If that’s you, I want to talk to you.
And if you’re not 100% sure whether you qualify... apply anyway. I’ll let you know. Either way, this helps me get to know you and place you in the right season, with the right lineup, at the right time.
Clarity now = better conversations later. Always.
