The office of MPP Sheref Sabawy offers congratulatory certificates for Erin Mills residents for important occasions, celebrations, or appreciations. This includes weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, events and celebrations, and holidays.
Additionally, please note, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. The Office of the MPP reserves the right to refuse any requests for certificates at our discretion.
Please provide us sufficient time to process your request. If your request is approved, we will contact you to arrange a time for pickup.

Please provide the full name of the certificate recipient or the organization that would appear on the certificate. If you would like both a name and organization to appear on the certificate, please include both. For anniversaries, weddings, etc. with two names on the certificate, please provide both names.
If applicable, please provide any additional information that might assist us in creating the certificate. For example, for birthdays and anniversaries provide the number of years, for an awards ceremony provide the name of the award, etc.
