As a Carrier, you are expected to:
• Complete deliveries responsibly and punctually
• Communicate respectfully with customers, merchants, and coordinators
• Follow operational procedures and campus rules
• Protect the integrity and reputation of Campus-Carriers
• Handle orders carefully and professionally

Campus-Carriers operates through an independent partner arrangement. Submission of this form does not create an employer-employee relationship, guarantee of earnings, fixed schedules, or permanent engagement.

1. Independent Partner Status
Campus-Carriers operates as a student-led logistics platform facilitating campus delivery services. Carriers participate as independent delivery partners and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Campus-Carriers.
2. Safety & Responsibility
Carriers are expected to prioritize safety, professionalism, and responsible conduct during all delivery activities.
3. Equipment & Maintenance
Carriers are responsible for maintaining their own equipment, transportation method, mobile device, and personal readiness for delivery activity.
4. Personal Insurance
Carriers are responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage they believe necessary for their own protection.
5. Hold Harmless Clause
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus-Carriers, including its founders, officers, coordinators, volunteers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for personal injury, accidents, loss, theft, damages, or incidents arising during delivery activity unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct attributable to Campus-Carriers.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campus-Carriers from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your misconduct, negligence, policy violations, or unlawful actions.
7. Platform Rights
Campus-Carriers reserves the right to approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate Carrier access or participation based on operational, disciplinary, safety, or organizational concerns.
