From Survival to Stability, Security, Freedom and Legacy.
PURPOSE OF THIS FORM
This form should help working Ugandans understand the five stages of the Financial Stability Journey™ and identify the stage that most closely describes their current financial position.
The five stages are:
1. Survival
2. Stability
3. Security
4. Freedom
5. Legacy
This is an educational self-reflection tool. It is not the Financial Stability Scorecard™ and must not calculate a formal Financial Stability Score.
Most people want to build wealth, but financial progress does not begin with wealth.
It begins with establishing the financial structures that allow you to meet today’s needs, withstand disruption, build long-term security, reduce dependence on active income and eventually create continuity for others.
The Financial Stability Journey™ has five stages:
SURVIVAL → STABILITY → SECURITY → FREEDOM → LEGACY
Your income may increase without automatically moving you from one stage to another.
Income is a resource. Financial stability is a system.
