Breedge was created to address a common challenge many students and young professionals face: knowing that networking is important, but not always knowing who to reach out to, how to start the conversation, or where to find people who are willing to help. Our goal is to make that process more accessible, intentional, and effective.
At its core, Breedge is focused on bridging the gap between people and opportunity by creating a space where professional relationships can begin, grow, and lead to meaningful outcomes.

About the Role

Community Partnerships Intern

Breedge is looking for a Community Partnerships Intern to help us build relationships with organizations and grow the Breedge community.

You will research potential partners, conduct outreach, help manage relationships, and find opportunities for Breedge to collaborate with colleges, student organizations, nonprofits, companies, professional organizations, and other communities.e brand, grow our online community, and tell the story of what we are building.

Time Commitment: 10–20 hours per week Compensation: Unpaid internship (Possibly Stipend Based)

What You’ll Do

● Research potential community and organizational partners
● Help identify colleges, student organizations, nonprofits, professional associations, companies, and communities that could partner with Breedge
● Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channelsHelp create partnership pitches and outreach materials
● Maintain and organize a pipeline of potential and current partnersAssist with partnership meetings and follow-up communication
● Help recruit mentors, professionals, students, and organizations to the Breedge community
● Support community events, workshops, networking sessions, and partnership activations
● Brainstorm new ways Breedge can collaborate with organizations
● Collect feedback from partners and community members
● Help strengthen relationships with existing Breedge partners
● Represent Breedge professionally within different communities and networks

● Communicate clearly and professionally

● Are organized and consistent

● Take initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step

● Are comfortable researching organizations and people

● Are interested in partnerships, business development, community building, events, or networking

You do not need previous partnership experience to apply. Experience with student organizations, campus leadership, outreach, event planning, recruiting, business development, or community engagement is helpful.
