個人資料收集及使用
本校乃根據《個人資料收集及使用》守則，收集學生個人資料，故此，在家長向本校提供個人資料之前，請細閱以下事項：
1. 本校收集學生之個人資料只作申請學位用途。
2. 只有本校授權人士方可查閱及使用有關資料。
3. 家長所提供的個人資料，必須確保是準確及完整的。倘若家長未能向本校提供所需的資料或提供錯誤/不完整的資料，將會影響其子女之學位申請。
4. 除非獲得家長同意，否則個人資料只會用於在收集資料時所述明的用途或與其直接有關的用途。
5. 所有遞交文件概不歸還，三個月後該等資料將被銷毀。 家長如欲根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》要求查閱和/或更改個人資料，請以書面向本校校長提出。
Personal Information Collection Statement
The school collects personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Collection Statement. Please note the following:
1, Personal data is collected solely for processing admission applications.
2. Access to this data is restricted to authorized school personnel only.
3. Parents must ensure all provided data is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information may adversely affect the application.
4. Data will be used strictly for the stated purpose (or directly related purposes) unless parental consent is obtained for other uses.
5. Submitted documents will not be returned and will be destroyed after three months.
Requests to access or amend personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance should be submitted in writing to the Principal.
