The Relationship Safety Check by Plant Medicine Healing

Is it a trigger, a pattern, or something you've been trying to understand?

Have you ever walked away from a conversation wondering how you became the one apologizing when you were the one who was hurting?

Have you questioned whether you're too sensitive, asking for too much, or simply carrying wounds from your past?

Sometimes our nervous systems respond to old pain.

And sometimes they're responding to something happening right now.

Both deserve to be taken seriously.

This gentle self-assessment invites you to explore emotional safety, communication, accountability, personal autonomy, and recurring patterns in your relationship.

It isn't here to tell you whether to stay or leave. It is here to help you look at your experiences with greater clarity and compassion.

You deserve relationships where your feelings matter, your boundaries are respected, and your voice has room to exist.

You do not have to abandon yourself to keep the peace.

Before you begin

This assessment takes approximately 5–8 minutes.

There are no right or wrong answers. You may skip questions or stop at any time. Your experiences deserve consideration, even if you cannot yet make sense of them. This is an educational reflection tool, not a diagnosis or a validated clinical screening test.
