Keep Edinburgh Thriving (KET) — Business Partner Waiver
By signing up as a participating business, I confirm and agree to the following:
1. I will honour the agreed discount or offer for all valid KET Thriving Card holders during normal trading hours or as stated in my business offer.
2. I will ensure all relevant staff are trained on and aware of the Thriving Card, the agreed offer, and how to verify and apply it. This includes checking that the member's name on the Thriving Card matches the name on their payment card or ID and that the expiry date has not passed / the card states 'ACTIVE'.
3. I will not withdraw or change the agreed offer without giving KET a minimum of 30 days written notice by emailing hi@keepedinburghthriving.com.
4. I will consider refreshing or updating my offer from time to time, including seasonal promotions and event-specific deals and will notify KET of any changes by emailing hi@keepedinburghthriving.com.
5. I am open to exploring collaborations, joint promotions &/or hosting KET member events at my premises where appropriate, with no obligation to participate in any specific initiative.
6. I grant KET permission to use my business name, logo, images and a short description across the KET website, newsletter and social media for promotional purposes.
7. I have read and agree to the Keep Edinburgh Thriving Business Partner Terms & Conditions (see link below).
8. I understand that either party may terminate this partnership with a minimum of 30 days written notice.
