The ESG Launchpad is an eight-week programme for students and graduates who are curious about ESG and sustainability, but may not yet see a clear route into the sector.
If you are interested in how environmental, social and governance decisions shape the built environment, from development and planning to investment and regeneration, this programme is designed to give you a practical, honest introduction to the space.
Across eight weeks, you will explore what ESG actually looks like in practice. You will hear directly from professionals working in real estate, infrastructure and sustainability every week, take part in interactive workshops, and learn how businesses make decisions around impact, risk and long-term value.
The programme finishes with a corporate challenge day hosted by one of our employer partners, where you will work in a small group to tackle a real business problem and present your thinking to industry professionals.
