What’s Changing?
We are transitioning from our current weekly lesson format to a hybrid math learning structure, which will include:
• Video lessons so students can learn new concepts at their own pace and rewatch as needed
• Access to IXL for targeted practice and skill mastery
• A 1hr weekly online session (Wednesday’s 9-10am) for students Year 7 -10 focused on problem-solving, questions, and applying concepts with tutor and peer support. The goal is to learn together and to connect with peers.
• This model allows students to arrive at sessions prepared, making that time more productive, engaging, and personalized.
• Community and tutor access – students will be able to connect on our new platform and message tutors directly. So they can get help on questions they are having difficulty with.
Why This Is Better for Students?
This new structure helps students:
• Learn faster by moving at a pace that works for them
• Build confidence through guided, adaptive practice
• Use live sessions for deeper understanding instead of first-time instruction
Updated Pricing
These sessions will run across the full year, rather than termly. We understand that homeschool students require more flexibility and that’s why we will changing our enrolment to a monthly subscription format. So you can join when you want and pause when you need.
Our new pricing will reflect these changes ($25/week billed monthly).
