Welcome to Jyatra MisTree onWheels — a treasure hunt on wheels, taking you from Mumbai/Pune city to the misty hills of Lonavala! (In association with Trailblaze Xplorers & Drimo)
Get ready for a day of clue-cracking adventure as you drive or ride through scenic routes, decode trail-based challenges and make your way to the finish — all while soaking in the monsoon charm of the Sahyadris. Every participant gets a Treasure Hunt Kit and healthy snack pack to fuel the journey. It's a day treasure hunt on 5th September, with an optional overnight stay at Lonavala for those who'd like to extend the experience — complete with high tea, dinner and a relaxed morning breakfast before the ride back on the 6th.

1. Safety & Personal Responsibility
I am participating in this treasure hunt drive/ride voluntarily and at my own risk. I confirm that I am medically fit to participate and will exercise due care and caution throughout the event. SansCreatee, Jyatra Treasure Hunts and Trailblaze Xplorers shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to person or property during the event.
2. Vehicle Compliance
I confirm that my vehicle is roadworthy and possesses all mandatory documents — valid Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, and Driving License.
3. Road Rules & Safety Gear
I agree to comply with all applicable traffic and road safety rules at all times, including wearing a helmet and seatbelts. The organisers bear no liability for non-compliance.
4. Conduct
I agree to follow instructions from event marshals and organisers, drive/ride responsibly, and not engage in reckless behaviour.
5. Photography & Content Usage
I consent to being photographed/filmed during the event by SansCreatee and its partners for promotional and marketing purposes.
6. Prizes & Decisions
All decisions regarding scoring, prize winners, and the treasure hunt outcome rest solely with the organisers and appointed jury. These decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained thereafter.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In the event of insufficient participant numbers or any unforeseen circumstances requiring postponement or cancellation of the event, the organisers will either refund the registration fee or adjust it against a rescheduled date, at the participant's preference.
