Novam Studios — Non-Disclosure Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully. It applies to everyone who gets access to unreleased Novam content, such as Game Testers and Staff Members. Everything you need to know is on this page. At the end you will sign it digitally.
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is between Novam Studios ("Novam", "we", "us") and the person who signs this form ("you", the "Recipient").
You are getting access to private information so that you can help Novam, for example by testing a game or working on a project. This Agreement explains what you must keep private and what happens if you do not.
2. What is Confidential Information?
Confidential Information is everything that Novam has not made public, in any form (text, images, video, audio, files, links or spoken). This includes:
• Unreleased games, builds, test servers, private places and private experience links
• Scripts, code, models, maps, UI, animations, sounds and other assets
• Game Design Documents, ideas, roadmaps, release dates and plans
• Anything from private Discord servers, channels, voice chats or the staff area
• Staff information, HR matters, internal decisions and conversations
• Revenue, payouts, contracts and financial or legal information
• Personal data of players, testers and staff
• Accounts, passwords, tokens, keys and access to internal tools
3. What is not Confidential Information?
Information is not confidential if it (a) is already public through Novam itself, (b) you already knew legally before Novam shared it, (c) you legally received from someone else who was allowed to share it, or (d) you must reveal by law or by order of a court. In case (d) you tell Novam first, if the law allows it.
You agree to:
• Keep all Confidential Information secret and only use it for the purpose in section 1
• Not share, post, stream, record, screenshot, leak, sell or show it to anyone who has not signed this Agreement
• Not copy, reuse or build on Novam content for your own or someone else's projects
• Keep your accounts and devices secure and not let others use your access
• Tell us immediately if you notice a leak or if your account is compromised
5. Extra rules for Game Testers
• Test builds are private. Do not stream, record, post or describe them publicly, including on TikTok, YouTube, Discord or Roblox groups, unless Novam gives written permission
• Do not invite other people to a test unless you are told you may
• Your feedback and bug reports may be used by Novam freely and without payment
• Being a tester does not make you an employee or a partner, and does not give you rights to the game
6. Extra rules for Staff Members
• You may not share internal documents, channel contents, decisions, staff lists, HR cases or private player data
• You use your permissions and tools only for your Novam tasks
• This Agreement does not replace any contributor, revenue or other agreement. Those apply in addition to this one
All Confidential Information stays the property of Novam (or of the people who created it for Novam). Signing this Agreement does not give you any license or ownership.
8. Returning and deleting
When Novam asks, or when your role ends, you stop using Confidential Information and you delete all copies you have (files, screenshots, notes, downloads).
9. How long does this last?
This Agreement starts when you sign it and applies as long as you are involved with Novam and for 2 years after that. For trade secrets, source code and personal data, the duty to keep them secret has no end date.
If you break this Agreement, Novam can immediately remove your access and your role, ban you from our community, and take further steps, including legal action and claiming compensation for the damage.
If you are younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must also agree to this Agreement. You will be asked for their details in the form.
We use the details you enter here only to manage this Agreement and your access, and keep them as long as the Agreement applies. You can ask about your data at

This Agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. A digital signature on this form counts as a valid signature.
