VIP 26'-27' Requests Form

Please fill out this form to request a VIP Reserved Party area for the Reno Ice Raiders 2026-2027 season.

Individual tickets will not be given for these sections. VIP area guests will check in at the front table to receive a wristband. Each VIP section holds up to 10 people.

We will do our best to accommodate each request as availability for each game may differ.

Sections are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please select the number of games that corresponds to your chosen package.

Note: Each section accommodates 10 people, with space to expand up to 15. If your group is larger than 15, an additional section will need to be purchased.

50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is non-refundable. By booking, you are responsible for paying the 50% deposit even if you cancel. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to game day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can request a date change up to 2 weeks before your confirmed game day. If you cancel, you remain responsible for the 50% deposit.
A cancellation under 2 weeks prior to your confirmed game day can be changed to another reservation depending on availability. No refunds will be granted.
