Base Hourly Rate

Base Rate covers all consulting activities such as, document review, meetings, and calls, analysis work, report writing. If you charge varying rates, pick a rate that covers everything. (2025-2026 Average Non-Medical Rate: $300/hour)

Deposition and Trial Hourly Rate

If you charge different deposition and testimony rates, pick a rate that covers everything.

eliteXprts compensates experts on a per-engagement basis. Retainer arrangements are not available through our program.
