"who all was there?" is a collaborative archival & creative ephemera project by mell meadow of Swan Meadow. The project focuses on film photography and digitizing related materials like film negatives photo lab prints, photographic slides, etc for the archival documentation and safekeeping to be shared with generations to come!

With this call, members of the public with personal relationship to the city of St. Louis, MO are invited to submit their interest in having film epherma digitized. We ask the ephemra in question be of family (biological, chosen, or otherwise).
Though all are welcome to apply, some folx in our community will be prioritized:
- Black, Queer St. Louisans
- People Impacted by the May 2025 Tornado
- People who are Undocumented or whose Immigration Status is at-risk
A select number of participants will be invited to create artwork featuring their film ephemera. They will also be invited to a short interview and photoshoot surrounding their work, the ephemera that inspired it and their personal connection to St. Louis. This work will culminate with a final zine.
