Surrey Archery - County Rankings Submission

Welcome to the Surrey Archery County Rankings Submission Form

This is a new system for submitting scores for inclusion in the Surrey County Rankings.

If you encounter any issues while completing this form, please contact rankings@surreyarchery.org.

Participation in the rankings is optional, and submissions must be made within 3 months of the event date. Note: For 2026, we are allowing scores to be back-dated to the past 12 months on account of this system being newly introduced.
All archers who are members of a Surrey-Archery-affiliated club (or are direct Surrey Archery members) are eligible for participation.

Age Group

An archer’s age group is determined by the ‘year of birth’ system, in line with Archery GB and World Archery rules. For example, an archer may compete in the Under 18 category until 31st December at the end of the year they turn 17.
Please select your age group based on your current age (rather than based on the category you may have shot the round within). For example: a 50+ archer may have shot a round as a "Senior" but they should select "50+" for the purpose of this form.
This age group will be used alongside the selected bowstyle and category to determine the list of eligible rounds (below) available for submission.

Score Details

Important: Only scores shot at official competition events (club or external) with published results are eligible for county ranking submissions. Scores recorded during normal club practice sessions are not eligible.

Please see the full policy and list of eligible rounds on the Surrey Archery website: https://surreyarchery.org/records-ranking/ Please note: for events where a Double 720 is shot (e.g. "Double WA 70m"),

the score will only be accepted for the full double round and will only count as one ranking score – each of the two rounds cannot be submitted separately.

Please only upload a copy of the full-verified results published by the tournament organiser -- individual scoresheets on their own will not be accepted.

Please Note: By submitting this form, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering county rankings.
You also agree that your name, age group, category, club affiliation, and score may be published online and made publicly available.
Your email address will be used only for correspondence relating to your submission or other relevant county archery matters and will not be published online or shared with third parties.
If you wish to withdraw this consent, or to opt-out of rankings when submitting scores for team selection purposes only, please contact rankings@surreyarchery.org or safeguarding@surreyarchery.org.
Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

Your scores and rankings may also be used for county team selection purposes. You can opt-out of this if you know you would be unavailable for team shoots this year, or would prefer not to be considered to represent the county.
