Role & Scope

I understand that unless separately agreed in writing, I may accept or decline assignments offered to me.

Once I accept an assignment, I agree to complete the agreed scope professionally or promptly notify my Bizzy contact if an emergency prevents completion.

I understand that I may not sign agreements on behalf of Bizzy, create or change pricing, extend expired promotions, issue refunds, waive fees, promise free services, barter Bizzy services, redirect client payments, or otherwise bind Bizzy unless specifically authorized.

I understand that all equipment, property, devices, credentials, keys, badges, materials, accounts, or other resources provided to me by Bizzy SoFlo or R&S Media Holdings Corp. remain the property of the Company unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. I agree to reasonably protect Company property, use it only for authorized purposes, promptly report loss, damage, theft, or unauthorized access, and return all Company property and discontinue access to Company systems immediately when requested or when my relationship with Bizzy ends.

Compensation

Select all Bizzy SoFlo roles/services that apply to you.

I acknowledge and accept the $15.00 per hour Brand Ambassador contractor rate.

I acknowledge and accept the $37.50 per hour rate with a two-hour minimum for authorized paid event assignments.

I understand that the On-Air Personality / Host role includes one non-paid portfolio-building Bizzy activation per week as described above.

I understand that paid assignments are not guaranteed and individual assignment details will be communicated separately.

I understand the distinction between authorized paid On-Air Personality / Host assignments and voluntary non-paid portfolio-building opportunities.

I understand that I may perform services for Bizzy in more than one role and that compensation is determined by the role under which the specific assignment, event, sale, or service is performed.

I understand that an eligible completed $60 Vendor Package sale pays a flat $20 commission.

I understand that other commission-eligible Bizzy packages pay a 15% commission unless a different compensation arrangement is specifically approved in writing.

I understand that commissions are subject to applicable eligibility, collected-payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, CRM, and client/lead documentation requirements.

I understand that I may only present current Bizzy-approved pricing, packages, promotions, and payment terms.

I may not create unauthorized pricing, extend an expired promotion, waive fees, promise free services, change payment terms, or offer unauthorized discounts.

I understand that required sales activity and lead/client information must be documented in the approved Bizzy CRM/tracker.

I understand that I may not redirect a Bizzy lead, client, sale, or payment for personal benefit.

I acknowledge and accept the 15% commission compensation structure applicable to my contractor role.

I understand that my current written compensation agreement controls. Prior verbal arrangements, expired promotions, outdated compensation plans, or another contractor’s arrangement do not establish my compensation.

Sales Rep Addendum

I have read and understand the current Bizzy SoFlo Sales Representative compensation and authority rules.

IC Agreement

I have read, understand, and agree to the Independent Contractor Agreement above.

Confidentiality

I will access confidential information only when necessary for authorized Bizzy work.

I will not copy, export, photograph, retain, sell, share, or use Bizzy client/lead databases for my personal business or an unrelated third party.

I will not redirect Bizzy-generated clients, opportunities, or payments for personal benefit.

I will not request or accept side payment to move Bizzy work outside of the company.

I will not share account credentials or confidential company/client information with unauthorized persons.

I will not publish unreleased client work or confidential Bizzy content without authorization.
