About the Out in Climate Directory
This is an invitation to be listed in the Out in Climate directory. To view the directory and be discoverable by others, you’ll need to share some basic information.
The directory is different from our Slack. It’s a structured, opt-in space designed to help LGBTQ+ climate professionals find one another based on shared sectors, roles, organization types, and geography.
Some of the information you share will be visible to other members, including your name, role, organization, LinkedIn profile, climate focus, organization type, and location. This helps members make more relevant connections with peers working on similar problems.
Your personal email address will not be shown unless you explicitly opt in. We encourage members to connect via LinkedIn, which will be visible on your profile.
This directory also helps Out in Climate better understand our community and design programming that reflects who is here.
