By joining the Talent Forge Referral Partner Program, you acknowledge that commissions are payable only on qualifying referrals that result in a successful client engagement and receipt of payment by Talent Forge Solutions. A referral must be a new prospect that was not already an active lead, client or business opportunity of Talent Forge Solutions at the time of submission. Referral partners may introduce prospects but are not authorised to make commitments, negotiate contracts or represent themselves as employees of Talent Forge Solutions.
