Thank you so much for considering a one-on-one coaching with me! It is a great privilege to talk to you in a more intimate setting. I conduct these coachings through three steps:
1. You fill out this form as detailed as possible so that I know what you're looking for.
2. If your problem is pretty straightforward, I might just refer you to some external sources, and you don't need to pay me. Otherwise, we will make a time to have a one-on-one call of about ~1 hour. I might also ask you to prepare a few things depending on your needs.
2. We talk and find solutions for the problems that you're facing.
3. I will send you a follow-up email with detailed additional information and an actionable summary so that you can start implementing the solutions we have found.
My goal here is to create a lasting transformation in your workflow that actually brings you forward.
The more information you can give me the better we can solve the problem. Also, I will let you know if I honestly can't help you or if the solution is so simple that you don't need 1:1 coaching. Therefore, please be specific! Feel free to introduce yourself a little bit to (e.g. you are a PhD student doing research on X).
This helps me gauge what you already know and makes it easier to refer you to a specific lecture you might have missed related to your problem.
Since I am in New Zealand, time zones can be a little bit tricky. Please let me know yours.
My current rate is USD$200 per hour, but as stated in the email, I am offering the 1-on-1 mentorship at a discounted rate of USD$150 for a limited time (Dec 2025). Unfortunately, I can't provide LMIC discounts on this offer.
