S6 · Pre-Work · Momentum and Reflection

Session 6 asks more of you than any other session. Not in terms of new content. In terms of honesty. You will be asked to look clearly at who you were when you arrived, what you now see about yourself that you could not see before, and how you are committing to show up going forward. The more honest you are in this pre-work, the more powerful the session will be.

PART 1 — THE BEFORE PICTURE

Who were you leading as when you walked into Session 1? Not a polished version. The real one.

How were you leading your business before this program? Be specific. What decisions were you avoiding? What were you building toward and why?

What were you telling yourself about why growth was not happening? What story were you running about your business, your clients, or your own readiness?

PART 2 — THE PATTERN

Every practitioner has a pattern. Yours has a name now. It was present in Session 1 when you named what was keeping you stuck. It surfaced in Session 2 when you claimed your identity. It tried to reassert itself in Session 3 when you chose your ideal client.

What pattern did you see in yourself across these six sessions? Name it as specifically as you can.

When does this pattern show up most strongly? What triggers it? What does it cost you when it runs unchecked?

What does leading from the other side of this pattern look like? What decisions do you make differently when the pattern is not running?

PART 3 — THE SHIFT

This is the most important question in the pre-work. The shift is not about the tools you gained. It is about the way you now see yourself as a leader of this business.

What do you now understand about yourself as a leader that you did not understand when you walked into Session 1?

The decision I kept avoiding that I have now made

What making that decision revealed about me as a leader

PART 4 — THE DECLARATION

In Session 6 every participant stands up and answers these four questions out loud. Prepare your answers here. The more prepared you are, the more honest and specific you will be in the room.

01 · How were you leading your business before this program? Specific and honest. Not what sounds good. What was actually happening.

02 · What patterns did you see about yourself that kept you from growing? Name the pattern directly. The group will hold you to it.

03 · How will you show up now? Not aspirations. Decisions. What will be different and how will you know?

04 · Are you confident you have the tools and the belief to build the future you described? If yes, say why. If there is hesitation, name it.
