1. Your work stays yours 版權完全屬於你
You keep full copyright and ownership of every design you submit. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your work to Oh My Ink Technology Limited ("Oh My Ink").
你保留所提交每一張設計的全部版權及擁有權。本條款不會將你作品的擁有權轉讓予 Oh My Ink Technology Limited（「Oh My Ink」）。
2. What you are granting 你所授予的權利
A non-exclusive, revocable licence for Oh My Ink to display, print and reproduce your submitted designs for the purposes set out below.
Non-exclusive means you remain completely free to use, licence, sell or tattoo your designs anywhere else, for anyone, at any time. Working with us does not limit what you do with your own work.
你授予 Oh My Ink 一項非獨家、可撤銷的授權，以就下列用途展示、印製及複製你所提交的設計。
非獨家的意思是：你仍然完全自由地在任何地方、為任何人使用、授權、出售或紋製你的設計。與我們合作不會限制你如何使用自己的作品。
3. Where your designs appear 展示範圍
At the convention — on Oh My Ink try-on machines at the 2026 Hong Kong China International Tattoo Exhibition, 16–18 October 2026.
Afterwards — on Oh My Ink try-on machines at our locations, currently in Hong Kong, France and the United States. We may add locations over time.
This continues until you ask us to stop.
展覽期間 — 於 2026 香港中國國際紋身展（2026 年 10 月 16 至 18 日）的 Oh My Ink 試紋機上展示。
展覽之後 — 於 Oh My Ink 位於各據點的試紋機上展示，現時包括香港、法國及美國。我們日後或會增加據點。
上述展示將持續，直至你要求停止為止。
4. Attribution 署名
Your artist name and Instagram handle appear alongside your work wherever it is displayed or printed. We will never display your designs anonymously, under another name, or without credit.
無論在何處展示或印製，你的紋身師名稱及 Instagram 帳號均會與作品一併顯示。我們絕不會匿名展示、以他人名義展示，或在不註明出處的情況下使用你的設計。
5. Merchandise 商品
At the convention. We will print merchandise featuring your submitted designs, credited to you. This includes a complimentary t-shirt printed with your own design, subject to availability during the exhibition.
Beyond the convention. Any merchandise produced for commercial sale will be agreed with you separately in writing before production. That agreement will cover the specific items, the commercial terms, and your approval of each product. Nothing featuring your work is sold without your prior written agreement.
展覽期間：我們會製作印有你所提交設計的商品，並註明你的名稱，當中包括於展期內為你免費印製一件印有你設計的 T 恤（數量有限，先到先得）。
展覽之後：任何作商業銷售的商品，均會在生產前與你另行以書面協定，內容包括具體產品、商業條款，以及你對每項產品的批准。未經你事先書面同意，我們不會出售任何印有你作品的商品。
6. Your contact details 你的個人資料
We use the details you provide to administer your participation, send you information relating to your designs, and keep you informed about Oh My Ink products, machines and events.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. You may request deletion at any time.
我們會使用你提供的資料處理你的參與、向你發送與你設計相關的資訊，以及通知你有關 Oh My Ink 產品、機器及活動的消息。
我們不會出售你的資料，亦不會將其提供予第三方作其市場推廣用途。你可隨時要求刪除。
7. Withdrawing your designs 撤回你的設計
Email support@ohmyink.com at any time. We will remove your designs from all machines within 14 days. No reason required, no cost, no conditions.
Merchandise already produced before your withdrawal is not affected, but nothing further will be produced.
你可隨時電郵至 support@ohmyink.com。我們將於 14 日內從所有機器上移除你的設計。無需理由、不設費用、不設任何條件。
在你撤回之前已經製成的商品不受影響，但我們不會再作任何生產。
8. What we will never do 我們絕不會做的事
We will not sell, sub-licence or transfer your designs to any third party.
We will not modify your designs beyond the resizing and format conversion required for display or print.
We will not use your designs to train artificial intelligence models.
We will not claim your designs as our own work.
