Mana Studio is looking for a senior strategist to own marketing direction end-to-end—from marketing plan to content execution and performance insights.
You’ll own:
- 3–6 month marketing plans per client
- Content direction + monthly calendars
- Reporting + insights + next steps (clear, client-friendly)
- Creative direction for photo/video shoots
- Aligning designers, editors, social media team, and production crew
- Keeping execution tight to strategy + client goals
You’re a fit if you
- Have 2+ years in marketing / social strategy (agency is a plus)
- Can show a portfolio with strategy + execution results
- Can lead a team and give clear creative direction
- Communicate well with clients (present, explain, defend decisions)
- Can work full-time on-site in Bali
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of content performance + paid social fundamentals
- Experience handling multiple brands at once
