Junior IT Business Analyst – Novi Sad Office

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical junior professional who wants to grow into a Business Analyst role within an international IT company. Why Fiscal Solutions?

What You’ll Be Doing

-Research business and legal requirements by working directly with internal stakeholders (Legal, Development, Sales).
-Structure and document business and user requirements in a clear, technical format
-Ask the right questions and drive requirement clarification sessions

-Assist in translating legal and business needs into structured documentation

-Participate in requirement workshops and internal product discussions

-Help maintain technical documentation and update specifications

-Analyze data and prepare structured reports to support decision-making

-Collaborate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements

-Research regulatory changes and summarize findings for the team.

Skills & Experience

-Completed IT or technical degree

-Strong analytical thinking and structured approach

-Good understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, web applications)

-Basic knowledge of SQL

-Understanding of REST, JSON, XML (theoretical or practical)

-Excellent English (written & spoken)

-Strong attention to detail

-Exposure to technologies such as SQL/NoSQL, ETL, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, or similar

-Demonstrated interest in IT (projects, volunteering, internships, tech communities, hackathons, student organizations, etc.)
