mocada supa field trip

join supa magazine for a trip to the museum as we celebrate the power and beauty of black art. it is a space for us to come together, find ourselves in the work, and honor the creators who keep our culture alive and thriving. we will explore how mocada uses art, education, and advocacy to build cultural pride and provide essential resources to neighborhoods near and far.
the museum of contemporary african diasporan arts (mocada) is a brooklyn-based institution dedicated to celebrating the global african diaspora. founded in 1999 as a community-focused graduate project, it has grown over 25 years into a multi-location engine for social change. mocada uses art, education, and advocacy to build cultural pride and provide essential resources to neighborhoods near and far.
