Styling includes interpreting inspiration, translating non-Vietnamese references into Vietnamese equivalents, finding similar pieces, comparing options, creating outfits, selecting multiple items, capsule planning, and personalized recommendations. Styling is a paid service and begins only after the appropriate tier is confirmed, accepted, and paid.

Sourcing is direct purchase help for a specific, identifiable, in-stock Vietnamese item from an existing seller. A vague request, unknown image, moodboard, or “find something like this” request is not direct sourcing. Research or identification requests may require The Trace at $25 per item unless Seraphic Styler agrees otherwise in writing.
