Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that a 72 hour notice is necessary to cancel or modify any appointments. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a 50% charge of the appointment. If this grace period is exceeded and you are to cancel or modify appointments with 24 hours notice or less you will be responsible for 100% of the service cost. Upon scheduling you will receive a confirmation text message and reminder text messages prior to your appointment. If you do not receive the messages please reach out to me directly at the time of booking. I try to allow for flexibility but my schedule relies on punctuality - in the event that you are 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a no show which will result in the 100% cost of your appointment. Thank you for understanding my policy as it is to protect my time and the time of others who are waiting for their appointments.
