• Comfortable working with footage, assets, and raw ideas to build story
• Deeply connected to culture, music, style, and emerging signals
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and confident owning your lane
• Obsessed with aesthetics, culture, and digital storytelling
• Can translate brand direction into consistent visual language
• Competent in design + light editing (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Understands platform rhythm + attention dynamics
• Knows how to package content for context (not just repost)
• Self-directed, adaptable, collaborative

WORK STRUCTURE
This role starts freelance/contract and scales with momentum as platforms, campaigns and brand cadence grow.
Compensation: Paid - per project (based on experience + scope of work)
Status: Freelance / Contract
Location: Remote-friendly with occasional on-site alignment for shoots, content pulls and culture moments
