SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / CONTENT DESIGNER

Touch The Globe is building a global creative ecosystem across media, events, technology and lifestyle. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Designer who can translate TTG’s ethos into digital storytelling - blending design, strategy and culture into consistent brand presence.


This role sits at the intersection of content, narrative, and design - not just posting but shaping how TTG shows up online.


The position operates as a 1099 hybrid role with on-site endeavors in Atlanta - ideal for someone that is looking for a second job. Not in ATL? Remote applicants are still welcome to apply.

This role operates across content, media, events, and brand operations.


You’ll document across three core creative verticals:

Touch The Globe (TTG) - Platform and brand

UNIVRS - Lifestyle brand

Kulture Vulture - Live experiences


Your responsibilities include:

• Design & publish social content
• Build visual storylines for posts
• Manage platform cadence & consistency
• Coordinate w/ cinematography, ops, and brand
• Track cultural signals & audience trends
• Assist in seasonal + campaign rollouts


Collaborate with founder & creative team on:

Event coverage

Brand campaigns

Product launches

Editorial content


Prep and deliver assets optimized for:

Social (Reels/TikTok/YouTube)

Web

Long-form storytelling

YOU SHOULD BE

We’re looking for someone who merges:

• Strong visual + narrative instincts
• Skilled in layout, typography, and composition for social
• Fluent in creating for multiple formats (Reels / TikTok / Carousels / Stories)
• Able to design within an evolving brand system + voice
• Understands how aesthetics, timing, and narrative shape perception
• Comfortable working with footage, assets, and raw ideas to build story
• Deeply connected to culture, music, style, and emerging signals
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and confident owning your lane

• Obsessed with aesthetics, culture, and digital storytelling
• Can translate brand direction into consistent visual language
• Competent in design + light editing (Canva, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Understands platform rhythm + attention dynamics
• Knows how to package content for context (not just repost)
• Self-directed, adaptable, collaborative


BONUS POINTS

• Experience managing social accounts for brands or creatives
• Motion graphics or social animation skills
• Short-form content strategy instincts (TikTok / Reels)
• Editorial or campaign storytelling experience
• A pulse on subcultures + scenes, not just mainstream trends
• Experience building consistent visual archives for brands
• Familiarity with analytics, scheduling tools, or content calendars


WORK STRUCTURE

This role starts freelance/contract and scales with momentum as platforms, campaigns and brand cadence grow.


Compensation: Paid - per project (based on experience + scope of work)
Status: Freelance / Contract
Location: Remote-friendly with occasional on-site alignment for shoots, content pulls and culture moments
Environment: Culture-led, collaborative, fast-iterative, narrative-driven
