Fictive Fund I LP Interest Form

Fictive Fund I is actively bringing in Limited Partners from across the country with a minimum investment of at least $20,000, called in 15% - 25% tranches over the three year active investment window of the fund. Are you Accredited?

The SEC requires that all Limited Partners be accredited investors. To qualify as an accredited investor you must have:  1) a net worth over $1M, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner), or 2) an income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expect the same for the current year. Fictive Fund I is being raised under SEC 506c, which means we can raise in public, but each LP must verify their accredited investor status as part of the onboarding process.
