I just want to gather a few details about the property, including its condition, additional features, if any, and your expectations with this property.

I did my due diligence on this, and I know the property is approximately 2,200 square feet, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. I’d also like to ask a few questions about the property. Does the property have central air? Is the HVAC system currently working properly? And do you know how old the system is? Also, how old is the hot water tank, and is it currently working without any issues?

Are there any other repairs or maintenance issues that may need attention before we move forward? Thank you for your time. I look forward to speaking with you.”
