Faites votre préinscription via le formulaire pour rejoindre le club et profitez, à cette occasion, d’un goûter offert par personne : viennoiserie + boisson. 🥐🥤 Ce formulaire est à re-remplir pour chaque enfant que vous souhaitez inscrire, merci!

Une fois le formulaire rempli, merci de créer un compte sur l’application SPORTEASY, en utilisant la même adresse e-mail que celle renseignée dans le formulaire :

Vous pourrez ainsi suivre toute l’activité de votre enfant : calendrier des entraînements et matchs, convocations, annonces, informations du club, etc.

Les parents qui le souhaitent peuvent également régler les frais d’inscription au UPMD Football Club 2026-27 directement par carte bancaire en cliquant sur le lien ci-dessous :
