Job Title: Senior Resource Management Engineer
Location: Baghdad – Al-Arasat
Job Summary:

Sr. Resource Management Engineer is focused on the efficient staffing of professional service engagements using both internal and contracted resources. working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right resources are in the right places at the right times. He will also work closely with department leadership to ensure the resources’ skills are kept up to date and sufficient capacity exists to satisfy current and future demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively communicate with project managers regarding resourcing status
• Maintain relationships with services partners and leverage them to fulfill resource requests
• Develop and conduct training on resource management topics
• Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate staffing
• Analyze resource data and recommend strategies for addressing resource shortages or gaps projects.
• Maintain current skill descriptions and skills hierarchy
• Drive the fulfillment of project resource requests
• Generate various resource reports for regular distribution
• Ensure skills data is kept current by engineering teams and their managers.
• Maintain the resourcing process for both hard and soft booking of resources on projects.
Qualification:
• BSC in Technical Engineering or related field
• PMP Certificates.
• A minimum 3 Years of experience, with 1 year related.
• Creative, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic financial and business knowledge.
• Experience with databases, applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of structural and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
