Big Brothers of Mt. Juliet Christmas Assistance Application

Big Brothers of Mt. Juliet is a non-profit, 501c(3) volunteer organization.

General Information

APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM 11/5/25 - 11/21/25. NO EXCEPTIONS. Applications will be reviewed by the board and your acceptance will be based on donations and supply. Please only reply once.

Eligibility & Guidelines

Please carefully read the following guidelines to ensure eligibility.
Residency Requirements: - Eligible: Wilson County Cities: Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, and Hermitage - Ineligible: Lebanon, Watertown, & rural East Wilson County, apply with Christmas for All.
Child Eligibility:

- Only children ages 0-13

- Child must not be registered for toy assistance through any other charity.

- A birth certificate for each child is required at pick-up.


Parent/Guardian Requirements:

- The primary person applying must be the parent or legal guardian of the child.

- Two proofs of residency are required to be uploaded. Name and address must match name and address in this application.

- Notification for approved applicants will be received on or after 11/22/2025. Pick-up date, time and location will be received via text message on the phone number provided.

- If your application is not approved, you will not receive any notification.

- Adult identification is required at pick-up.

- Pick-up person must have birth certificates for all children receiving gifts.

Toys

- Gifts received are provided through the GENEROSITY OF SPONSORS and Big Brothers of Mt. Juliet has no control over the gifts donated.

- Gifts will be age and gender appropriate.

- Sponsored by Toys for Tots.
