The work is primarily made from plant-based materials or natural fibres.

The work is suitable for outdoor display.

I will clearly label the artwork with title, material, technique, dimensions and email address.

I have read and agree to the conditions of participation stated in the Open Call.

I agree that photographs of my artwork may be used for exhibition communication and promotional purposes, including posters, flyers and social media.

I agree that I am responsible for bringing and taking my artwork to and from the venue.
