Meridian Creative introduces a first-of-its-kind accelerator built for creator businesses. We treat creators like founders by investing in the company behind your content. Our first cohort of five creators receives the same check and a dedicated 12-week program to build that business.
$25,000 for 8% of your content business. Our 8% entitles us to 8% of the holding company’s revenue after direct costs. That being said, there is no loan or debt structure, and you never owe us anything you haven’t already earned. Once our payments add up to $100,000 total, the 8% terminates automatically, and we come off your cap table completely. The one thing we keep afterward is the right to invest in a future raise, if you choose to raise, on the same terms as your other investors.
Our equity receives no board seats or content approval guidelines. Our advisory is here as a resource, but the choice of what to do with the investment is entirely up to you. Outside the program, we are passive investors who believe in what you will become.
The twelve-week accelerator covers the business behind the content. It starts with a detailed capital deployment plan covering production, editing, travel, products, and everything you can put the check to work doing on day one. We cover company foundation, financial baselines, rate structures, revenue architecture and diversification, fundraising opportunities, and brand positioning. Each week includes a targeted session with the Meridian team, discussions with industry experts, and supplementary office hours to discuss the week’s materials.
Creators will also receive free access to Prime Meridian AI, a proprietary operating system serving as a home for all creator deal flow. Talent and managers receive a dedicated AI system encompassing all aspects of a creator business, including invoicing tools, client data analysis, posting schedules, deal term overviews, and brand outreach. The system continuously generates live media kits tailored to creators’ preferences with the goal of single-operator LLC management.
Creators who want to run their content as a real business. We select based on quantitative data, but mainly on the qualitative conversations between you and our team.
