Eco-friendly Incontinence Product Survey

Equity Cubed is researching the viability of biodegradable incontinence products, and we're gathering feedback to guide what we build. This survey takes about 3 minutes and is designed for both caretakers and individuals who use these products.

How we use it: To inform product design and development at Peer Pads. Responses are not shared with third parties and are not used to identify you individually in any reporting.
