Expand the Box est une première étape de l'initiation à une vie puissante et autodéterminée. Par des comportements habituels et des schémas de pensée, nous limitons souvent notre vie sans même nous en rendre compte. Nous enfermons nos rêves dans un tiroir, engourdissons nos sentiments et nous contentons d'une vie de médiocrité et de compromis parce que nous sommes empêchés de voir le nombre illimité de possibilités qui sont à notre portée. Tout comme les nouvelles cartes vous donnent accès à de nouveaux mondes, cette formation intensive de 5 jours vous donne accès à de nouvelles possibilités, perspectives et compétences pour rendre votre vie plus vivante et plus authentique à tous les niveaux. Tout ce que vous apprendrez ici, vous pourrez l'appliquer immédiatement dans votre vie de tous les jours. Ces 5 jours vous amèneront à vos limites et au-delà. La condition préalable à la participation est la volonté de s'engager à 100 % dans le processus. Pendant l’ETB, nous travaillons individuellement, en binômes, en petits groupes et en groupe entier, en utilisant le jeu parallèle au sein d’un sanctuaire créatif. Nous installons et démontons ensemble les espaces de travail. Nous planifions, préparons et nettoyons les repas ensemble. Cela développe la capacité concrète à créer une véritable communauté d’apprentissage. Date : du 24 au 28 juin 2026. La formation commence le 24 juin à 9h et se termine le 28 juin à 17h. Il est demandé d’arriver le 23 juin au soir et de dormir sur place. Possible de rester le soir du 28 juin et repartir le lendemain matin. Il n'est pas possible de partir avant la fin de la formation. La formation Expand The Box vous permet de participer aux Laboratoires de Possibilité. Dans les Laboratoires de Possibilité, vous transformez votre relation avec vos blocages intérieurs en accédant à une compréhension profonde de vos besoins réels et de vos intentions cachées. En vous connectant à votre inspiration essentielle et en appliquant les outils et techniques pratiques de la Gestion de Possibilité (Possibility Management), vous ouvrez la voie à la renaissance de votre véritable vocation, quelle que soit son ampleur. Le Laboratoires de Possibilité offre un espace sûr pour poursuivre votre cheminement vers une vie adulte responsable et une vie guidée par le sens. Dans les Laboratoires de Possibilité , chaque participant est accueilli tel qu'il est et suit les processus qui lui sont les plus précieux à ce moment précis de sa vie. Expand the Box is the first step toward a powerful and self-determined life. Through habitual behaviors and thought patterns, we often limit our lives without even realizing it. We lock our dreams away in a drawer, numb our feelings, and settle for a life of mediocrity and compromise because we are prevented from seeing the unlimited possibilities that are within our reach. Just as new maps give you access to new worlds, this intensive 5-day training gives you access to new possibilities, perspectives, and skills to make your life more vibrant and authentic on every level. Everything you learn here can be applied immediately in your everyday life. These 5 days will take you to your limits and beyond. The prerequisite for participation is a willingness to commit 100% to the process. During ETB, we work individually, in pairs, in small groups, and as a whole group, using parallel play within a creative sanctuary. We set up and take down workspaces together. We plan, prepare, and clean up meals together. This develops the concrete ability to create a true learning community. Date: June 24 to 28, 2026. The training begins on June 24 at 9 a.m. and ends on June 28 at 5 p.m. Participants are asked to arrive on the evening of June 23 and stay overnight. It is possible to stay on the evening of June 28 and leave the next morning, not to leave before the end of the training. In the Possibility Labs, you transform your relationship with your inner blockages by accessing deep understandings of your true needs and hidden intentions. By connecting with your essential inspiration and applying the practical tools and techniques of Possibility Management, you pave the way for the rebirth of your true calling, whatever its scope. Possibility Labs offer a safe space to continue your journey toward responsible adulthood and a life guided by meaning. In Possibility Labs, each participant is welcomed where they are and goes through the processes that are most valuable to them at that particular moment in their life. That's why Possibility Labs are unpredictable, lively, and different every time, both for participants and trainers.
