Executive Producer/Assistant in Bali 🌴

At OUTLINE, we're on a mission to change the film making industry - by documenting and sharing every single step of the creative process behind real world projects.

But please note, this is not just another PA gig. OUTLINE aims to craft films for most exciting brands in the industry, deliver the best film making education out there, all while pushing the boundaries on our social channels. It's a sh*t ton of work, but it's exact intensity that drives us, and it should drive you too.

You'll be working hand in hand with our two founders in our Bali Jungle Villa, getting hands-on experience building a creative movement from the ground up.

The position is full time, in house and two sided: When we have a production planned, you'll help us produce and manage, when we're in between productions, you will handle everything executive assistant related.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Producing the OUTLINE productions from first idea, to shoot days, to final delivery

• Coordinating BTS capture and making sure every production feeds our social channels and OUTLINE Academy

• Managing founders calendars, calls, and inboxes so big opportunities never get missed

• Building systems and workflows that help OUTLINE scale without losing it's soul

• Preparing briefs, recaps, and follow up emails for brand partners

• Helping launch new projects, products, and campaigns with the team

•Tracking invoices, payments, and expenses across all projects

• Building simple budget overviews and reports that help us make smarter decisions

• (optional:) Appearing on camera as a core family member of the OUTLINE brand

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in production, operations, or project management in film, content, or creative agencies

• Obsessed with planning, organisation, finance, and getting SH*T done on time

• Strong communication in English, confident writing mails and speaking with brands and partners

• Thrives in fast moving environments and can switch between tasks without dropping the ball

• Deep interest in filmmaking and creating, excited to grow with OUTLINE long term

• Self starter who spots problems early and fixes them without waiting for instructions

• Open to eventually relocating to Bali or other OUTLINE hubs and moving into a, in-person role when the timing is right.

What We Offer:

• $2K-3.5K USD monthly compensation based on experience and skill level
