Responsibilities

• Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support across multiple practice areas.

• Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation as required.

• Assist with due diligence, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments for clients.

• Work closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and legal opinions.

• Stay updated with legal trends and contribute to thought leadership in the firm.

Requirement

• LLB & BL

• 5 years of post-call legal experience

• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
