About Ecomflow Ecomflow is a global third-party logistics company serving e-commerce brands at scale. $60M+ in revenue, 100+ people, fully remote, bootstrapped. We handle fulfillment, shipping, and customer operations for brands selling across international markets.

About the Role

This is not a traditional corporate finance role: We need someone who is comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-complexity environments and capable of building financial structure, visibility, and accountability across an international logistics and e-commerce business.

You will work closely with founders and leadership teams across Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, and Tech.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, operationally strong, proactive, hands-on, and able to build scalable systems in environments where speed and complexity coexist.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the company’s overall financial strategy and operational finance function. Improving cashflow visibility, forecasting, and financial reporting reliability. Taking ownership of AR performance, collections processes, and financial discipline. Building scalable financial systems, controls, SOPs, and operational processes. Improving pricing accuracy, margin visibility, and profitability tracking across the business. Working closely with Operations to improve reconciliation, pricing validation, and operational financial visibility. Supporting leadership with financial analysis, business insights, and operational decision-making. Reducing dependency on manual processes and improving automation where possible. Building a strong finance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and operational excellence. Leading and developing the finance team as the company continues scaling globally.

What We're Looking For

Work Experience:

Strong experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader in high-growth or operationally complex businesses. Strong operational finance experience, not only accounting/reporting. Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a big plus

Expertise:

Experience managing AR, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial risk. Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, and operational profitability. Experience working with international operations and multi-currency environments. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience in managing B2B pricing to optimize profit margins and manage cost impact is a MUST

Personality:

Strong systems and process mindset Comfortable operating in startup or high-growth environments with ambiguity and fast decision-making. Strong communication and leadership skills. Highly proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented.
