BallBack is growing very fast, which means I (Prem) may eventually hand off the strategy, execution, and team members for core functions, like Fundraising, PR, and Operations, to you if you ascend to a leadership role. For those looking to join leadership, I need individuals who are independent, can make their own decisions, and have the skills to lead entire functions at BallBack.
