Thank you for your interest in the Gotobeat Academy.
The Gotobeat Academy is a paid internship programme designed for the next generation of live music promoters.
We are looking for ambitious and hungry individuals aged 18–24 who want real, hands-on experience in the live music industry — not theory.
Participants will learn how to book, market and sell out grassroots live shows (100–400 capacity) while developing the practical skills required to succeed in the independent music business.
During the programme you will:
• Work directly with the Gotobeat team
• Learn how to curate line-ups and promote live events
• Gain real promoter experience, not classroom training
• Understand the fundamentals of ticket sales, marketing and event production
Successful applicants will work closely with the Gotobeat team and will be expected to spend one day per week working from the Gotobeat office in East London, alongside their show promotion responsibilities.
This programme is designed for people who are serious about building a career in live music promotion.
