Tok Step works with ecommerce and DTC brands to help them scale through creator partnerships, paid media, and performance-driven growth systems.

We are currently building a strong LinkedIn outbound lead generation system to connect with ecommerce founders and brand owners.

We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager who can run structured B2B outreach and help generate qualified leads through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily LinkedIn cold outreach to ecommerce and DTC brand founders • Build targeted B2B prospect lists on LinkedIn • Manage LinkedIn conversations from cold message to meeting booking • Support founder profile growth and authority positioning • Write and schedule founder-led LinkedIn content • Track outreach metrics and optimise messaging strategies

KPIs for This Role

• Number of qualified B2B leads generated • Cold outreach reply rate • Meetings booked with brand founders • LinkedIn profile growth and engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B outreach • Strong understanding of cold DM strategy and prospecting • Experience targeting ecommerce or DTC brands • Strong English communication and copywriting skills • Ability to manage professional LinkedIn conversations • Must be available for onsite work in Lahore
