The depth of your responses directly shapes the depth of the Report you receive. Some questions ask for facts; others ask you to articulate things about your career and your thinking that you may not have put into words before. Both kinds of input matter.

This is a contract: if you spend the time these questions deserve, the Report you receive will be specific to your situation. If the answers are thin, the Report will be too. The intake is designed to be the diagnostic input — not your imagination of what should be in the Report.

Three things will help you produce a useful intake:

•           Have your current resume and LinkedIn profile open as you work through this. Several questions ask you to paste in specific text.

•           Answer the open-ended questions in your own words, not in the language you would use in a cover letter or interview. The point is to give me material to work with — not a polished version of yourself.

•           If you need to step away mid-form, your responses save automatically. You can return via the link emailed to you.

Your Report will be delivered within three business days of intake submission.
