Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by Maison Khoo, operated by Rachel Khoo (hello@rachelkhoo.com). The prize is supplied and fulfilled by Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd, 17 Rosebery Avenue, London EC1R 4SP.

2. The Prize

One £500 Falcon Enamelware voucher, supplied directly by Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd. The voucher is subject to Falcon Enamelware's own terms and conditions, including any expiry date applicable at the time of issue. Maison Khoo accepts no responsibility for the voucher's terms, conditions, availability, or fulfilment, all of which are the sole responsibility of Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.

3. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees and immediate family members of Maison Khoo and Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Purchase route: Purchase a copy of The Smallest Restaurant in Paris (ISBN 978-9153171690) from any retailer. Follow both @rachelkhooks and @falconenamelware on Instagram. Comment FALCON on the giveaway post to receive an entry link via DM. Complete the entry form with your name, email address, and proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Free entry route: No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without purchasing, email hello@rachelkhoo.com with the subject line "Falcon Giveaway Free Entry" and include your full name and UK postal address. Free postal entries carry equal weight to purchase entries and are not disadvantaged in any way.

One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted in English.

5. Opening and Closing

The giveaway opens on 6th May 2026 and closes at midnight BST on 14 May 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place within three working days of closing. The random selection process is final.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw, using the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected from the remaining valid entries. Maison Khoo reserves the right to select an alternative winner in these circumstances.

The winner's name and county may be published on @rachelkhooks following the draw. By entering, you agree to this. If you would prefer this not to be published, please note this in your entry form or email. Their details will otherwise be available on request by emailing hello@rachelkhoo.com for 60 days following the draw.

8. Prize Fulfilment

The prize voucher will be issued directly by Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd. Maison Khoo is not responsible for any delay, error, or failure in prize delivery once winner details have been passed to Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected via this giveaway (name, email address, postal address, and proof of purchase) will be used solely to administer the giveaway and notify the winner.

If you opt in to the Maison Khoo newsletter via the entry form, your name and email address will be added to the Maison Khoo mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.

If you opt in to the Falcon Enamelware newsletter via the entry form, your name and email address will be shared with Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd for that purpose only. Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data. You can unsubscribe from their list at any time via the link in any newsletter email.

Winner details (name and postal address) will be shared with Falcon Enamelware Distribution Ltd solely for prize fulfilment, regardless of newsletter opt-in status.

All giveaway entry data will be deleted within 90 days of the giveaway closing date, unless you have opted in to a newsletter, in which case your data is retained on that mailing list until you unsubscribe.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Any questions should be directed to hello@rachelkhoo.com.

Maison Khoo reserves the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway in exceptional circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to entrants.

Maison Khoo's decision on all matters relating to this giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
